For more casual events, we offer a Drop-Off option—either pick up and drop off the booth at our Vestal, NY location, or let us handle the setup and delivery for an additional fee.
We proudly serve Binghamton, Ithaca, Corning, Elmira, and the entire Southern Tier region of New York. If your event is outside this area, let us know. We’re happy to discuss additional travel options to bring the fun to you!
We offer a wide variety of high-quality props to match any event theme, including weddings, baby showers, and birthdays. Yes! We carry a $1 million insurance policy, as required by most venues. If proof of insurance is needed, we’ll provide it directly to the venue. We can also add the venue as an additional insured upon request, just let us know in advance!
We make payments easy by accepting a variety of methods to suit your preference: Cash, Check, Zelle, or Credit Card (Please note: a 4% processing fee applies for credit card payments.)

There is no charge for events within a 25-mile round trip. For events beyond 25 miles, we charge $0.75 per mile for the distance exceeding 25 miles.

For the Mirror Me Photo Booth, we recommend a space of at least 10 feet by 10 feet to ensure smooth setup and operation. This allows room for the booth, guests, and any additional props or accessories. If your event is in a larger venue, we can adjust the setup to accommodate the space available.
We typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your event's start time to ensure everything is set up and ready. While we can shorten setup time if needed, this must be confirmed in advance.
If you prefer us to arrive earlier and keep the booth idle before the event begins, please note there will be an additional fee.

For backdrops, we recommend a fabric material with dimensions of at least 8ft wide by 8ft tall, with any logos placed at eye level for the best impact. If you have a custom-designed photo template, simply provide the file, and we’ll do our best to incorporate it seamlessly into your photo booth experience.
